Background: Flint is the owner of A-1 Team Inc., and has been in the construction field for over 20 years. He is a licensed contractor in both Washington and Idaho.
Training: Flints Washington Licenses include General Contractor, HVAC Specialty Contractor, and Gas codes and Installation. His Idaho Licenses include HVAC Contractor, HVAC Journeyman, Plumbing Specialty Contractor and Plumbing Specialty Journeyman. His certifications include IGSHPA – International Ground Source Heat Pump Association (Geothermal), PTCS – Performance Tested Comfort Systems, AARX Certification- Insulated Concrete Form Construction, EPA Certification – Refrigerant Transition and Recovery, IAQ Certification – Indoor Air Quality, CM Certification – Climate Master Geothermal Systems, WF Certification – Water Furnace Geothermal Systems, Washington state energy code certification, Mitsubishi installer certification, Mitsubishi factory training certification, Mitsubishi diamond contractor, Northwest ductless master installer certification and Idaho residential air balancing certification.
Personal: Flint was born in Cumberland, Maryland. He also lived in Baltimore, Maryland and then in Oldtown, Maryland until they moved to Capon Bridge, West Virginia. He lived there until after graduation when he enlisted in the U.S. Navy. Flint served four years on board the aircraft carrier John F. Kennedy CV-67. He was very fortunate to be able to travel to many different countries including Israel. After his time in the aviation ordnance field and working on the flight deck, he left the Navy as a second-class petty officer (E-5) with honorable discharge. After that, he worked many years as an auto mechanic (like his father) before changing his career over to a sheet metal mechanic. In 1994 he moved out West, eventually bought some land and now he’s here to stay. Flint strongly believes in God, and has been very blessed person all of his life. Flint has had the opportunity to work with some fantastic individuals and still does to this day. He loves hunting, fishing and anything outdoors. Flint is also proud to be a lifetime member of the NRA.

Name: Jason Mills
Position: Manager/ Lead Technician
Background: Jason has been working in the HVAC industry since 1996. He has gained experience in both service and installation of residential and commercial projects, as well as sheet metal fabrication.
Training: Jason has an Associate’s Degree in HVAC from UTI. He has his EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification, Idaho Journeyman License, Washington Limited Energy Electrical License, PTCS certified for Commissioning and Duct Sealing, and Idaho Air Balancing. He is also a Certified for Installation/Service of Mitsubishi, Water Furnace Geothermal systems and Carrier Equipment.
Personal: Jason has always enjoyed being outdoors, fishing, hiking, skiing, and exploring whenever possible.
Name: Angela Reese
Position: Newport Office Manager Specializing in Bookkeeping
Background/ Training: Angela went to college for Business Management, Office Technology and Customer Service. She has completed training courses for Mitsubishi Ductless and the Amana EverRest program. This past year she got her Notary License for Washington State. Working at A-1 Team has allowed her to further her skills and has challenged her to learn new things!
Personal: Angela is originally from Shelton, WA, then moved to Newport,WA in 2005. She enjoys being outdoors, gardening, riding Quads, camping, playing with her 5 dogs or having a bonfire at her place with good friends! She enjoys being challenged whether it be at work or around the house and loves to learn new things! Angela has 3 kids: DeShon age 20, Chase age 11 and Kelsi age 9.
